Located along Savannah Rd, this little park features a pavilion and BBQ pit that is managed by the Lewes Rotary Club. It is named in honor of Otis H. Smith, a mayor of Lewes and a staunch supporter of the fishing industry here. This garden has an array of barrels, hanging baskets and bed gardens with colorful annuals.
